This is a Two technologies data collector, powers up and I calibrated the screen and was able to see the WiFi connections and to navigate but no further testing was done. This unit comes with windows ce5.

0 installed, I think it needs a new plastic screen protector, and it is missing three yellow corner bumpers on the back of the unit I think the bumpers just fell off, there is no sign of damage, and the back hand stamp has been stretched, as seen in the photos. This collector has Bluetooth, WiFi, camera. You can use either AA alkaline batteries or a rechargeable battery pack with this data collector a bargain.
