Since the batteries are probably bad, they will not be included or shipped. I got them out and tried to power up, but they would not therefore am selling these units as is. New batteries cost approximately in static mode they are capable 2 centimeter accuracy. The batteries could just be bad, but I do not know for sure why they will power up.

The Topcon turbo-sii is capable of performing surveys in four survey modes operation: static, rapid stop and go, kinematic. The turbo-sii consists of an antenna, which mounts on a surveying tripod, iPod or range pole hand-held dual-frequency geodetic gps receiver portable battery and interconnecting cables. I have not used these units in over 6 years.
