Details:
This is a used Topcon hiper gps base rover receiver with part number during my testing the battery took and held charge was able to power unit on independent of any external. Pressing the green power button turns unit on, stat rec lights cycle red amber and then Rx light.
As pictured. The unit may need to be reconfigured or programmed based on your usage, I cannot provide any programming advice as am not an expert these devices.
I connected the unit to included charger, once charging Bart light flashes red every second indicating that it's. The stat light then flashes once every second. The unit is in fair condition with scuffs, marks, scratches and wear on it.
