It does not come with covers for the ends. Nothing more or less. Closeups of every side the prism are at end. What you see is EXACTLY what will receive.

Each side was cleaned and inspected closely from the front at an angle. The threads on both ends show no wear signs indicating it has been used or frequently. Please review all 21 pictures. The rubber may be a little dirt/dusty but ever side of the prism was cleaned and again it inspected VERY closely.
